Do you only deliver firewood in Bristol?

No! We also deliver to Bath and nationwide. All firewood in Bristol and Bath deliveries will be made by our friendly team, while nationwide deliveries will be sent out via courier.

How long will my Bristol firewood delivery take?

We aim to deliver all Bristol firewood orders in 1-3 working days. We will typically do Bath runs once a week and all nationwide deliveries will be sent within 1-2 working day, and then will take a further 1-3 working days to arrive. Can I request a date for my Bristol firewood order to arrive?

Yes! As long as we have plenty of notice and the request is within our scheduled delivery hours (Mon - Friday 9am - 4pm) then we will try to accommodate your request. Where we are unable to meet your request we will contact you and figure out the best alternative.
