We came up with a plan – regular deliveries of kiln dried and seasoned firewood, in manageable quantities for customers without large storage spaces. Our year long stock, 24/7 online ordering system and six day phone support was the first of its kind in Bristol, UK.

Our selection of wood fuel products and delivery area has expanded since, but our ethos remains the same…

We supply premium kiln dried logs and eco friendly wood fuel, with a very low moisture content. Free delivery is given on various measured quantities, in convenient reusable packaging. The logs are delivered ready to burn to save our customers the hassle of cutting, splitting, seasoning, carrying, loading etc. We use only carefully selected wood from sustainable, responsibly managed woodlands.  We’re always interested in new products and initiatives and we are a helpful and friendly team that supports our local community and charitable projects, including the Woodland Trust.

Working Safely with COVID-19

We have introduced these working practices to keep us all safe:

• All staff endeavour to work at a 2m distance

• We have hand sanitiser available in the office

• Social distancing measures are in place in office areas

• We have detailed instructions on how to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the office

Regarding deliveries and collections

Safe deliveries

• During this period we are no longer taking wood into houses, but will leave at your front door instead

• Please contact us before delivery if you have any special circumstances to discuss, such as a disability or infirmity. We are always happy to help

• Our driver will always contact you when arriving by either knocking or phoning

• Our drivers have hand sanitiser, masks and gloves available to them.

• Your pre-order will be put out in the yard in a collection bay
