What are Eco Logs made from?
Our Eco Logs are made from 100% clean, recycled mix
of hardwood. The waste is dried to less than 5% moisture
and compressed into very dense and compact 'heat' logs,
that are made from pure chipped wood without any binders
and has a high caloric value.
What makes them eco friendly?
As mentioned above, they are completely 100% clean and
made from recycled hardwood! All hardwood used is completely natural.
Do they expand?
No, our Eco Logs do not expand. You may find that some briquettes
from supermarkets or other suppliers may expand and you need to
be cautious about how many of them you put on the fire or they will
expand and fall out. You will not have this issue with our Eco Logs.
Should these be used independently or combined with other products?
You can use these on their own or with another product! Just
like our Beech and Oak, it is entirely up to you if you want to mix
and match. Our Eco Logs get very hot, so complement both Beech
and Oak very well. We would recommend starting with the Eco Logs
and using the Beech or Oak afterwards to keep the fire lasting longer.
How many Eco Logs should I purchase?
Our Eco Logs come in packs of 12 with the dimensions 6.4cm x 6.4cm x 24cm.
They are very easy to store, and you can buy them as individual packs or
in a bundle. Depending on how much storage space you have you may be
able to buy a bundle pack and save some money.
