How It Works
You can either place an order for delivery or you can collect straight from our yard. See the instructions below on how both of these systems work.
Deliveries
Decide on your order
Decide what you would like to order via the website. If you are unsure, we recommend going for our 'Starter Bundle'. Before you add an item to your basket, please make sure you have read the description and have suitable access for the product you are ordering.
Add instructions
In your basket, there will be a note section. Here is where you can include any delivery instructions, such as what days of the week you can accept delivery and any details on where you want your order to go
Place your order
Place your order and we will be in touch via email and text message to confirm your delivery date and time slot. Please allow us a few working days to contact you, especially during our busy period.
Receive your order
Your order will be delivered by one of our members of staff. You will be ready to pop the fire on!
Collections
We are open Monday - Friday between 8am and 4pm and Saturdays between 9am and 1pm.
Decide on your order
If you are looking for Beech, Oak or Birch nets, then you can head straight to the yard (you do not need to call ahead - if they are available on the website they will be available in-store) and collect any time during our opening hours. If you want Hornbeam nets or any larger orders (barrow bags, dumpy bags and crates) please call 2 days ahead so we can get this ready for you
Head to the office
When you arrive to our yard, please go through the office doors on the right hand side. Do not go through the warehouse. There are signs on the door
Load up your order
Place your order with a member of staff. They will prepare your order and bring it out to your car. You can then load up your car or ask a member of staff to help
Take payment
4. Return back to the office and pay for your order with either cash or card.
