Beech is recommended for outside fires, as it has the highest heat output and is therefore perfect for warmth. If you check out our Blog you can see a great method of lighting a fire outside.

Beech is also perfect for pizza ovens, again due to its rapid heat output. We also BBQ over the glowing embers; roasting fish, grilling Halloumi or baking bananas with melted chocolate wrapped in tin foil.
