Crates are delivered using tail lift and pallet truck but cannot travel over soft ground (grass, gravel, soil), curbs or inclines on your driveway and/or road. Due to the weight of the 1.6m crates, these are very difficult to maneuver. If the location is unsuitable for delivery then our driver may be refuse delivery and you will be charged a re-delivery fee or they will leave it in the most safe and suitable location. If in doubt, please call us before placing your order.
