Access:

Our 1.6m crates are delivered using a vehicle with a tail lift and moved with a pallet truck.

Please note: the pallet truck cannot travel over soft or uneven surfaces such as grass, gravel, soil, curbs/steps, or steep inclines. Delivery requires a flat, solid, and smooth surface such as concrete or tarmac.

Because our 1.6m crates are very heavy, they are difficult to maneuver. If our driver determines that the delivery location is unsuitable, they may either:

  • Leave the crate in the safest possible nearby location, or
  • Refuse delivery and arrange a re-delivery, which will incur an additional re-delivery fee.
