Our 1.6m crates are delivered using a vehicle with a tail lift and moved with a pallet truck.
Please note: the pallet truck cannot travel over soft or uneven surfaces such as grass, gravel, soil, curbs/steps, or steep inclines. Delivery requires a flat, solid, and smooth surface such as concrete or tarmac.
Because our 1.6m crates are very heavy, they are difficult to maneuver. If our driver determines that the delivery location is unsuitable, they may either:
- Leave the crate in the safest possible nearby location, or
- Refuse delivery and arrange a re-delivery, which will incur an additional re-delivery fee.
If you’re unsure whether your property is suitable for delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Your wood is always good value because it burns cleanly. Delivery efficient and friendly. Won’t use anyone else.
Wood is excellent. The pallet it was on was damaged which made it very difficult to manoeuvre it onto the tailgate. The weight also seemed to be on the limit for the tailgate on the truck used for delivery. The driver did a great job in avoiding the whole load toppling over but it was a near thing!
Was delivered on time with a reasonable delivery time frame, crate was not treated and was advised its designed to be split and used for kindling.
Wood burns great and clean and its nice and dry!
Excellent service and good wood
