Access:

Our 1.2m crates are delivered using a vehicle with a tail lift and moved with a pallet truck.

Please note: the pallet truck cannot travel over soft or uneven surfaces such as grass, gravel, soil, curbs/steps, or steep inclines. Delivery requires a flat, solid, and smooth surface such as concrete or tarmac.

If our driver determines that the delivery location is unsuitable, they may either:

• Leave the crate in the safest possible nearby location, or
• Refuse delivery and arrange a re-delivery, which will incur an additional re-delivery fee.
