We've taken the hassle out of making woodfired pizzas. Our pizza kit has been designed for large pizza ovens, such as Ooni, Gozney and other, similar sized appliances. We've packed each box with various sizes of the finest restaurant grade Beech logs for maximum heat output and some oak chunks to inject a subtle oak smoke flavour. The boxes are approximately 5kg for making approx. 10-20 pizzas.
